The Columbus Lions signed former defensive end from Ohio State Steve Miller this week. Miller last played for the Ottawa Redblacks of the CFL. Miller adds to an impressive defense already that is one of the tops in the league. He practiced with the team on Wednesday and it is yet to be seen if he will play on Saturday.

Miller is best known for his pick-six in the 2015 Sugar Bowl against the Alabama Crimson Tide. Miller was a part of the 2015 National Champion Ohio state Buckeyes. Miller had a good senior year with 34 tackles, 6.5 TFL, 1.0 sack and a pick-six.

Columbus travels to Jacksonville this Saturday to take on the defending NAL champions at 7 pm EST.
