Las Vegas Lights FC News Release

Las Vegas (NV) -- Lights FC family is growing with the addition of two new official team llamas. The name & identity of the new llamas will be unveiled at Saturday night's home match at Cashman Field (7:30pm PT).

As a reminder, Lights FC has always had two official team llamas -- "Dottie the Llama" and "Dollie-Llama." Unfortunately, in recent weeks, "Dottie the Llama" unexpectedly passed away due to health-related complications. So far this season, "Dollie-Lllama" has continued to attend all home matches but has shown signs of sadness from not having any friends with her. That now changes on Saturday.

"We will always fondly remember 'Dottie the Llama' who was with us from the very first season," said Lights FC Owner & C.E.O. Brett Lashbrook. "With that said, we are excited to introduce 'Dollie-Llama's new friends to all of our fans and players. I have no doubt the fans will give them both a warm welcome on the field on Saturday night."

Lights FC hosts Tacoma Defiance this Saturday night at 7:30pm. The match will feature post-game fireworks where all fans are invited onto the field post-game. Tickets start at only $10 for Adults and all kids tickets are only $5. Voted the Best Value in Vegas Pro Sports, tickets can be purchased online at LightsFC.com/Tickets .

LIGHTS FC NEW E-SPORTS INITIATIVE: Earlier this week, Lights FC announced a new eSports partnership with Ultimate Gaming Championship (UGC). Starting immediately, Lights FC fans can compete against one another for prizes in popular video games FIFA Soccer and Rocket League. Players can sign up to compete through the Las Vegas Lights FC tournament hub on UGC at https://www.ugcesports.gg/community/lv-lights .
