World Cup action has been incredible so far and a few representatives of the Wanderers have experienced it first hand while making a name for themselves and their countries.
Lee Chung-Yong (South Korea) and Danny Shittu (Nigeria) have started both games so far for their countries at the World Cup. Chung-Yong has 1 of South Korea's 3 goals so far and Shittu has been solid for Nigeria's backline which held powerhouse Argentina to only 1 goal.
Stuart Holden (USA) had some action in the final minutes against England in USA's first match of the World Cup to hold on for the draw.
Vladimir Weiss (Slovakia) played with Bolton on loan for this past season and has started both games for his home country so far.
