FRISCO, TX - The Texas Legends (17-14) rolled through a wire-to-wire win over the Ontario Clippers (14-18) 99-90.
The Legends opened with a 9-0 run and ended the first up 35-21. Clipping 46% and dominating the boards 18-10, the home team took their largest lead of the night (+23) right before the break. Texas' shooting stalled in the third as the visitors forged a comeback. Ontario ended the third with 9 straight to make it a 7-point game. Kobe Brown and Theo Pinson took control in the fourth, exchanging baskets to combine for 25 points. The Clippers pulled within 6 with 3:10 on the clock but couldn't close the gap.
Theo Pinson neared a triple-double with 22 points, 9 rebounds, and 8 assists while Tony Bradley dominated the boards with 17 points, 14 rebounds, and 4 blocks. Olivier-Maxence Prosper added 20 points, 3 rebounds, and 3 assists, and Justin Jackson and Warith Alatishe added 14 points each.
Kobe Brown led the Clippers with 29 points, 4 rebounds, and 6 assists while Armoni Brooks came off the bench for 17 points, 3 rebounds, and 2 steals.
