Vermont Lake Monsters News Release
The Vermont Lake Monsters and The American Red Cross are asking for everyone's help in trying to meet the American Red Cross' goal for collecting blood this month. The American Red Cross are struggling to meet that goal. They are offering a free personal pan pizza from Pizza Hut to everyone that comes in to donate. The hours today are from 9am to 6pm. If you are at least 17 years of age and feel good please come in to see us today. Thanks in advance to all who come in. Also you can enter a raffle for a pair of Red Sox tickets.
As a long time sponsor of Vermont baseball, America Red Cross will continue to be an integral part of the Lake Monsters season in 2008. Thursday, June 19th will be American Red Cross night at the ballpark; they will be handing out a free t-shirt to the first 1,000 fans.
