
Laing joins Chocolatetown champs

HERSHEY - HERSHEY BEARS President and General Manager, Doug Yingst, in conjunction with the Washington Capitals announced today that they have signed free agent left wing Quintin Laing. As per club policy, financial terms of the deals were not disclosed.
Laing, 6'2" 203 pounds, led the Norfolk Admirals as captain, down the back stretch last season and had a team high +19 +/- rating. In 2005-06, Laing set career highs in goals 14; assists 31; and points 45. The Harris, Saskatchewan native has spent parts of six seasons in the AHL with the Admirals. During his six AHL seasons he has posted 47 goals, 82 assists, and 273 PIMs in 357 games.
