LOS ANGELES (Saturday, Sept. 18, 2021) - Entering Week 22 of the USL Championship campaign, LA Galaxy II earned a 1-0 shutout road win over Oakland Roots SC at Laney College Football Stadium on Saturday night. Taylor Davila tallied the game-winning goal, his first of the season, while goalkeeper Justin vom Steeg notched four saves and his third shutout of the 2021 USL Championship regular-season campaign.

LA - Taylor Davila (penalty kick), 75th minute: After Jonathan Perez earned a penalty kick after being fouled inside the box, Davila stepped up to the spot and fired home a low shot to the right corner of the net to put LA ahead.
