LOS ANGELES - Playing their second consecutive match in five days, LA Galaxy II fell 4-3 at home to Las Vegas Lights FC at Dignity Health Sports Park on Wednesday night. Notably, LA Galaxy II forward Preston Judd registered his first professional hat-trick.
Goal-Scoring Plays
LA - Preston Judd (Axel Picazo), 5th minute: Driving down the right flank, Axel Picazo's cross just outside the six-yard box found Judd, whose looping header deflected off the left post into the back of the net.
LV - Alvaro Quezada (Mohamed Traore), 9th minute: Alvaro Quezada was released into space and his shot from the left side of the 18-yard box was curled into the lower right corner.
LV - Danny Musovski (Bryce Duke), 13th minute: Danny Musovski received a pass, took a touch inside the six-yard box and his sliding shot gave Las Vegas the lead.
LA - Preston Judd (Taylor Davila), 41st minute: After Taylor Davila intercepted a pass in the midfield, his weighted pass behind the Vegas defense was latched onto by Judd, who calmly finished his shot past Vegas goalkeeper Tomas Romero.
LV - Christian Torres (Bryce Duke), 61st minute: Vegas midfielder Christian Torres' one-timed shot from the six-yard box was finished into the back of the goal.
LV - Christian Torres (Alvaro Quezada), 63rd minute: After receiving a pass inside the 18-yard box, Torres' shot was finished past LA Galaxy II goalkeeper Jonathan Klinsmann.
LA - Preston Judd (Jonathan Perez), 67th minute: Jonathan Perez latched onto a pass inside the left edge of the penalty area, before slipping a pass to Judd, whose right-footed shot was placed under the Las Vegas goalkeeper for his first professional hat-trick.
