
Kwitzer's double propels Trail Blazers past Saugerties, 7-3

Four first-inning runs helped the Adirondack Trail Blazers (12-21) to a 7-3 win over the Saugerties Stallions (11-25) at Robert Smith Sports Complex on Wednesday.
Ryan Dorow was hot from the plate for the Adirondack Trail Blazers. Dorow went 2-4 and scored two runs. He singled in the first inning and doubled in the seventh inning.
Taylor Luckenbill was solid at the plate for the Saugerties Stallions. Luckenbill went 2-4, drove in one and scored two runs. He singled in the fourth inning and homered in the fifth inning.
Zach Crim recorded his fourth win of the year for the Adirondack Trail Blazers. He allowed three runs over six innings. Crim struck out three, walked none and gave up six hits.
Anthony Rocco (2-3) was the game's losing pitcher. He allowed six runs in 6 2/3 innings, walked four and struck out six.
