KW Titans Sign SG/SF Anthony Myles

February 8, 2018 - National Basketball League of Canada (NBL Canada) - KW Titans News Release

The Kitchener-Waterloo Titans Basketball Club announced they have signed 6'5" American SG/SF Anthony Myles for the remainder of the 2017/18 NBL Canada season.

Anthony Myles (6'5", 205 lbs), completed a productive four-year college career at Rider University (NCAA DI - '14) where he averaged 16.2 PPG, 4.3 rebounds, and 2.2 assists in 31 games as a senior. Myles began his professional career in the Italian Serie A in 2014, and has since played in the German BBL, and the Hungarian NBIA, where he averaged 11 PPG and 4.5 rebounds in 23 games for Sopron KC in 2016/17. "I'm excited to be in KW and I'm ready to get to work with my new teammates," said Myles. "I'm confident I'll be able to help the team with scoring on the wing, but collectively we'll need to lock in defensively over the next two months to make that push for the playoffs."

KW Titans Head Coach / GM of Basketball Operations, Serge Langis, shared his enthusiasm about the signing: "We're excited to have Anthony join us in KW for the remainder of the season. He's the type of player that brings an aggressive style of play that our team needs, especially on the offensive end. His ability to get to the rim and finish will be something our fans will enjoy watching."

Myles will make his KW Titans debut on the road on Sunday, February 11th at 2:00 PM EST as the Titans visit the London Lightning. The Titans play their next home at the Aud on BMO Family Day - Monday, February 19th at 2:00 PM, vs the London Lightning. Use promo code BMODAY to get 4 family bowl seats for $50 plus applicable taxes. Flex packages, and single game tickets can also be purchased at KW Tickets at 1-800-265-8977 or at the Activa Box Office at the Aud, Monday-Friday from 10 am - 4 pm.
