
Kulaga Allows No Runs to Lead the Pittsfield Suns

Perry Kulaga kept the North Shore Navigators (17-26) off the board during his six innings of work and the Pittsfield Suns (23-18) beat the North Shore Navigators, 5-0.
Kulaga struck out four and allowed three walks and five hits.
Paul Cotler had a busy day at the plate, collecting two extra-base hits. He doubled in the second inning, homered in the third inning, and singled in the fifth inning.
Alex Valenti (2-4) took the loss for the North Shore Navigators. He lasted just 2 1/3 innings, walked three, struck out three, and allowed four runs.
The Pittsfield Suns were sparked by Cotler and Tyler Bell, who teamed up for five hits and two RBIs.
