Battle Creek, Michigan- The Battle Creek Knights professional basketball team is pleased to announce the following open tryout date for the 2007 International Basketball League Season. Sunday, January 14th, 2007, at Triple Threat Sports, 399 North 20th Street, Battle Creek, Michigan, from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Fee for the open tryout is $40 cash received before Monday, January 8th, 2007. Fee for the open tryout after January 8th, 2007, is $50 cash. Register in advance at our team offices located in McCamly Place, online @ www.bcknights.com, or the day of the tryouts at Triple Threat Sports starting at 8:30 a.m. Cash only payments will be accepted.

Schedule for the open tryout event is as follow:

Registration at 8:30 a.m.

Session 1-9:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m.

Break from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m.

Session 2-1:00 p.m.-3 p.m.

Tryout individuals must attend both sessions.

The Battle Creek Knights will be tipping of it's third home season in the IBL at Kellogg Arena on Thursday, April 5th, 2007, vs. the Holland Blast.
