Joseph Young is a 6' 2" point guard originally from Battle Creek Michigan (living there now). This hometown point guard played in and started in 32 games at Kellogg Community College averaging 23.3 points per game before moving up to play at the University of Central Missouri. At UCM in 2007/2008, Young played in 25 games and started in all 25 games, averaging 15.1 points per game. The following year at UCM (2008/2009), Young averaged 15.4 points per game; his UCM team had 48 wins to 15 losses over those two years.

William 'Rece' Hampton is a 6' 5" combo guard, who played his college basketball at Adams State College where in the 2007/2008 season he led his team in scoring (15.6 points per game), rebounds (8.0 rebounds per game), blocked shots (2.2 blocks per game), steals (2.0 steals per game), and shooting percentage (65.1%). In a game against the University of Arizona in 2007, Hampton scored 23 points against Arizona- a team featuring, now three NBA players- Jerryd Bayless, Chase Budinger & Jordan Hill.

Battle Creek Knights Head Coach Terrance Dickens looks to Florida for another few players. Dickens will be administering IBL tryouts in Orlando Florida this Thursday March 25th at 6pm; then Dickens will be in Tallahassee Florida on Saturday March 26th running another IBL tryout.
