
Knighthawks Practice In Rochester Sunday

(Rochester, NY)... The Rochester Knighthawks announced today that the team will practice on Sunday, January 3rd in Rochester to prepare for their 2010 National Lacrosse League season opener on Saturday, January 9th. The Sunday session at Total Sports Experience (880 Elmgrove Rd) will run from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m.
The practice is free and open to the public. Players and coaches will also be available for autographs following the workout. The practice falls six days prior to the K-Hawks' home and season opener on Saturday, January 9th against the Buffalo Bandits. The 8:05 p.m. contest is set for The Blue Cross Arena at the Rochester War Memorial. The game will be carried live on The Zone 94.1 FM and thezone941.com.
Fans can purchase individual tickets at all Ticketmaster outlets, ticketmaster.com and at The Blue Cross Arena Box Office. Ticket prices range from $18 to $29 with discounts available for groups of 10 or more. Knighthawks' eight-game season ticket packages start at $110 per seat, while four-game lax packs start as low as $70. Fans can also purchase an 8 Pack, which allows you to purchase eight vouchers that can be used in any denomination for any game starting at $120.
