KiXX to unveil dance team Tuesday

Philadelphia, PA, November 1, 2007 - The defending Major Indoor Soccer League (MISL) Champion Philadelphia KiXX announced today that the Philadelphia KiXX Dance Team will be "Unveiled" on Tuesday, November 6 at 7:30pm. The event will take place at Chickie's and Pete's on Packer Avenue in South Philadelphia.
Adrienne Della returns for her fourth season as the Dance Team Director. The team is comprised of 16 women who were selected in July of 2007 and will be making their first public appearance at the Unveiling. There are seven newcomers to the squad with nine returning from last season.
The dancers will perform two routines at the Unveiling, they will be introduced individually, and will debut the 2008-09 KiXX Dance Team Calendar. All attendees will receive a calendar. The roster includes:

The club also announced that Steven Fabian, a Pittsburgh native and Allegheny College and NYU Tisch School of the Arts graduate, will be the team's In-Stands Announcer for the season as well as the MC for the Dance Team Unveiling.
The club continues a three-game road trip to open the season in Detroit on November 3 before heading to Monterrey, MX to face the expansion La Raza on November 8. The KiXX will open the home portion of the schedule on November 10 against the Detroit Ignition in a rematch of the 2007 MISL Championship game. All fans in attendance at the Wachovia Spectrum will be treated to a banner raising ceremony after an afternoon block party. Each fan will also receive a complimentary 2007-08 Philadelphia KiXX Magnetic Schedule. Game-time is scheduled for 7:05 pm ET with the doors opening at 6:00 pm ET.
Philadelphia KiXX season tickets, 6-PaXX mini-plans are on sale now by calling the club's ticket office at 1-888-888-KiXX (5499). Season ticket holders will receive replica championship rings, as well as invitations to KiXX events like the Meet the Team Party and Meet the Team Luncheon. Single-game tickets are now available through the KiXX and the Wachovia Center Box Office, as well as online at www.comcasttix.com and at select Acme Market locations in PA and NJ.
