Philadelphia, PA, December 19, 2005 - The Philadelphia KiXX announced today that the club has signed Philadelphia native Steve Wacker to a contract for the remainder of the 2005-06 Major Indoor Soccer League (MISL) season. The club had previously inked the Temple University product to a 15-day/five-game contract, commencing with the club's contest versus the expansion California Cougars on Saturday, December 3. Per League policy, terms of the agreements were not disclosed.
Wacker, who has appeared in each of the team's last three contests, was named the Philadelphia Soccer Seven Academic Player of the Year after his senior season of 2004.
