KiXX agree to terms with two expansion draft selections

Philadelphia, PA, September 26, 2007 - The Philadelphia KiXX announced today that the club has agreed to terms with two 2007 MISL Expansion Draft selections, forward Aaron Susi and midfielder Angel Rivillo.
Susi was selected with the first overall pick in the July 9 MISL Expansion Draft and will enter his ninth season when the KiXX begin the defense of their 2006-07 MISL Title on October 19 in Baltimore. In 27 games with California last season, Susi posted 16 goals and 13 assists for 46 points. A native of San Diego, Calif., the indoor soccer veteran has played for the Arizona Sandsharks of the Continental Indoor Soccer League (CISL), the St. Louis Ambush of the National Professional Soccer League (NPSL), the Wichita Wings (NPSL) and the San Diego Sockers in both the World Indoor Soccer League (WISL) and the MISL. Susi also played for the St. Louis Steamers in 2003-04 and the Cleveland Force in 2004-05. A graduate of San Diego State University, he led the team in goals, assists, and total points during his sophomore, junior and senior seasons.
Philadelphia concluded their selections during the Expansion Draft with midfielder Angel Rivillo, fourth round and 10th overall. Rivillo will look to get back on track after taking a brief hiatus during the 2006-07 season. The Caracas, Venezuela native began his professional indoor career with the Wave in 2003-04 and has recorded 45 points in 77 contests over three seasons with Milwaukee. The 28-year-old product of Creighton University has also competed with the Milwaukee Rampage, the Milwaukee Wave United, and the Atlanta Silverbacks, all of the outdoor A-League.
The club opens the season with a two-game road trip beginning in Baltimore on October 19 and continuing in Detroit on November 3. The KiXX will open the home portion of the schedule on November 10 against the Detroit Ignition in a rematch of the 2007 MISL Championship game. All fans in attendance at the Wachovia Spectrum will be treated to a banner raising ceremony after an all-day block party. Each fan will also receive a complimentary 2007-08 Philadelphia KiXX Magnetic Schedule. Game-time is scheduled for 7:05 pm ET with the doors opening at 6:00 pm ET.
Philadelphia KiXX season tickets, 6-PaXX mini-plans are on sale now by calling the club's ticket office at 1-888-888-KiXX (5499). Season ticket holders will receive replica championship rings, as well as invitations to KiXX events like the Meet the Team Party and Meet the Team Luncheon. Single-game tickets will be available through the KiXX and the Wachovia Center Box Office, as well as online at www.comcasttix.com, beginning in early October.
