Kings to sell tickets on Monday

LUBBOCK, TX â Lubbock Cotton Kings General Manager Fred Meseke announced today the Cotton Kings Front Office will begin selling individual tickets and group packages for the 2004-05 season beginning Monday, Oct. 4.
"We are really excited about the promotions, concerts, and overall entertainment value we have for this upcoming season," said Meseke. "For those out there who cannot afford the monetary or time commitment for season tickets, we are pleased to sell individual tickets so we start to fill up the Kingdom for opening night."
The Kings will again play in Lubbock Municipal Coliseum. The maximum seating capacity last year was 7,050 and it will shrink to 6,726 due to the stage and party patio being built in section 201.
Individual tickets can be purchased at the Cotton Kings front office Monday through Saturday and at all Select-a-Seat locations. On game days starting an hour before faceoff, tickets will be sold at the Coliseum. The front office is located at 1309 University Ave. next to the Varsity Book Store.
Individual seats start at $14 and groups of 15 or more start at just $8. Mini-packs of ten games start at $99 and the lowest season ticket price for all 30 home games is $350. Call the Kings Front office for more information 747-7825.

The most recent signing for the Cotton Kings Justin Keller, Emery Olauson, Nolan Graham and Darren Shakotko will join Jan Melichercik, Troy Duncan, Jeff Barlow, Matt Turek, Nick Cote, Mike Turner, Jeremy Kyte, Jason Maxwell, Chris Hartly, Tim Plett, Jason Beatty, Shawn Conschafter, Paul Fioroni, Lance Leslie and Kevin Mackie under contract for the 2004-05 season. Training camp will begin on October 11.
