Kings Pound Struggling Freedom

Florence, Kentucky: 1,428 fans came out to Champion Window Field for Take it to the Bank Tuesday. Unfortunately the hometown Freedom weren't able to pull out a win. They dropped their sixth straight game.
The lone Freedom run came on a Nick Connor RBI single in the ninth. The Kings' offense was led by homerun leader Ian Church, he slammed his 18th homerun of the season. In all, the Kings hit three round trippers. Greg Stone was a bright spot for the Florence offense, he went 2-3 with a double. Mike Galloway also added a double.
The Freedom will try to salvage the series tonight at Champion Window Field, it is Bark in the Park, bring your dog to the ballpark tonight. First pitch is scheduled for 7:05, gates open at 6:00. Mitch Goins will go for the Freedom.
