Canton (December 4, 2010) - Led by an Eddie Hertsenberg hat trick in the first half, the Cincinnati Kings professional indoor soccer team remained undefeated with an 11-8 win over the Ohio Vortex Saturday night in Canton.
The Kings opened the scoring with a Drew Ducker goal and had a 5-3 lead at the half. The Kings' second half scoring started with a goal by the reigning league MVP, Jeff Hughes, with the Kings outscoring the Vortex 6-5 in the final two periods. The Kings now stand 5-0 on the season and lead the Eastern Division of the Professional Arena Soccer League (PASL).
The Kings remain on the road this weekend with a Sunday game against the Detroit Waza. The Kings' next home game will be Saturday, December 18 against the San Diego Sockers at the Cincinnati Gardens.
