Kids Invited to Audition for Final Starting Lineup Announcement of 2007

GRAND RAPIDS - The Grand Rapids Rampage will invite one lucky child to announce the Rampage starting lineup directly on Centennial Wireless Field at Van Andel Arena prior to the team's June 16 regular-season home finale. The promotion is part of the team's Fan Appreciation Night presented by Huntington.

Auditions will be held at Van Andel Arena on June 13 at 6:00 p.m. EDT, and a winner will be selected by a panel of judges comprised of a Rampage player, team mascot Blitz, and members of the Rampage office staff. Although candidates must be under the age of 18, all fans are encouraged to attend the audition.

Anyone interested in auditioning should contact the Rampage ticket office and Scott Bradfield at (616) 559-1871, ext. 3060 no later than June 12.
