
Kickers Host Fourth Annual Family Fest

Richmond, VA - (Monday, July 18, 2011) - The Richmond Kickers are pleased to host the fourth annual FAMILY FEST, presented by Union First Market Bank, on Saturday, August 6. The fun begins at 4:00 p.m. at Richmond City Stadium and FAMILY FEST will feature food, music, inflatable games for kids and fun for the whole family. The Kickers professional soccer game will highlight the event as the Kickers host the Dayton Dutch Lions at 7:00 p.m. Bring the family before 6:00 pm and purchase a $10.00 ticket that allows admission for the whole group. Richmond Kickers regular priced admission ($12/adults, $7/youth) will apply after 6:00 pm.
The Richmond Kickers FAMILY FEST will feature music by local musicians, delicious food, arts and crafts, moonbounces and inflatable games presented by Bounce 2 the Moon, face painting, a petting zoo, and more. Plus, delicious and affordable concessions will be available throughout the day, courtesy of Papa John's. The event will conclude with the Kickers pro soccer match featuring the Dayton Dutch Lions at 1:00 p.m.
In addition, Cobb Technologies, the leading document imaging solutions dealers in Virginia, is sponsoring a blood drive with Virginia Blood Services at the Richmond Kickers FAMILY FEST. Summer is truly the toughest time of year for the blood banking industry, with one in seven people entering the hospital this summer needing blood. All donors will receive a T-shirt and will be entered into a weekly drawing to win prizes.
