Kickers Host Four Viewing Parties Monday

RICHMOND, VA - (Friday, June 13, 2014) - The Richmond Kickers are proud to partner with Bellytimber Tavern, Capital Ale House, Penny Lane Pub and XL Sports World to host four official Viewing Parties for the USA versus Ghana 2014 FIFA World Cup €žÂ¢ game on Monday, June 16. Kickers players and staff will be attending Viewing Parties at all four locations, featuring high definition screens, World Cup specials and the chance to win tickets to the Kickers versus New England Revolution game on June 18.

The Kickers are teaming up with Wes McElroy and Sports Radio 910 for an official Viewing Party at Bellytimber Tavern located at 1501 W. Main Street in the Fan. Offering Happy Hour specials from 3pm-7pm, Bellytimber will have the Kickers official craft beer, Kick It Hunny, on tap.

Capital Ale House, located at 623 E. Main Street, features a 12-foot screen to cheer on Team USA, plus Brazilian beer Xingu and $2.00 burgers all night. RVA's official British pub, Penny Lane, located at 421 E. Franklin Street, will also feature World Cup specials while XL Sports World at 2300 Oak Lake Boulevard in Midlothian will offer half priced pitchers from 12-6pm.

USA vs Portugal Outdoor Viewing Party June 22

The Richmond Kickers, in conjunction with Sports Backers, Venture Richmond and the American Outlaws Richmond, are hosting an outdoor viewing party for the USA versus Portugal 2014 FIFA World Cup €žÂ¢ game on Sunday, June 22. Featuring the largest outdoor high-definition LED screen in RVA, live music from The Southern Belles, food trucks and draft beer trucks, including the Kickers official craft beer, Kick It Hunny, the only official FIFA-approved outdoor viewing party will take place in downtown Richmond at 1 West Grace, at the intersection of West Grace and Foushee Street, 11:30 a.m.-8:00 p.m. and is free of charge. Must See Games at City Stadium

The Richmond Kickers kick off a three-game Must See Games Series beginning with a U.S. Open Cup Fourth Round match-up against Major League Soccer's New England Revolution on Wednesday, June 18. Then, the Kickers return to City Stadium to host the Mexican Olympic Team on Tuesday, July 1 before rounding out the summer exhibition schedule with an historic international friendly against Crystal Palace from the world famous Barclay's Premier League on Monday, July 28.
