Portland Pirates News Release
PORTLAND, ME - On Wednesday, February 4th, KeyBank honored Pirates goalie Jhonas Enroth for his second shutout at home this season. The shutout occurred on January 23rd, when Enroth made 28 saves in the Pirates 1-0 win over the Bridgeport Sound Tigers. As a result of Enroth's accomplishment and as part of the commitment from KeyBank to Maine's local communities this winter, KeyBank made a $1,000 donation Keep ME Warm.
KeyBank Shuts Out the Cold after any shutout the Pirates have at home this season with a $1,000 donation to Keep ME Warm. As part of the program, Pirates goalies have raised $2,000 so far during the 2008-09 season. The money raised will be used to help local agencies like PROP that assist Maine residents with the cost of heating their homes.
