
Kelowna Falcons Fall 10-4 on Tuesday

The Kelowna Falcons would give up four runs in the seventh on Tuesday night and fell 10-4 to the visiting Corvallis Knights.
The Knights would score single runs in the first three innings and take a 3-0 lead off Falcons' starter Nolan Savage.
The Falcons offense would finally get to Knights starter Chris Bishop in the bottom of the sixth inning. With two out and the bases loaded Jarryd Klemm would hit a grand slam to give the Falcons their first lead of the game.
Reliever Josh Spence would enter the game in the top of the seventh and immediately give up the lead. The Knights would send nine men to the plate, score four runs on four hits and take a 7-4 lead.
In the ninth they would add three insurance runs off reliever Scotland Church to record their 28th win of the season.
The Falcons (15-28) will host the Knights (28-15) on Wednesday night in game two of the three game series. The gates on "Mexican Night" will open at 5:30pm, with the first pitch at 6:35pm. Enjoy some of your favourite Mexican food and music all night long. Jason Mouton will start for the Falcons.
