New Orleans VooDoo News Release

NEW ORLEANS (May 22, 2012) - New Orleans VooDoo defensive back Jeremy Kellem's acrobatic, off-the-wall interception in the team's 68-61 win over the Orlando Predators this past Friday was named the Cutters Catch of the Week, announced the League office on Tuesday afternoon.

Kellem finished the game with 4.5 total tackles and 2 interceptions. His first interception was on the Predators opening offensive drive of the second half and his second was the game-sealer with just over a minute left in the game. The VooDoo went on to gain positive yardage offensively after Kellem's off-the-wall interception, effectively ending the game.

The North Lauderdale, Fla. native currently is No. 1 in the AFL in passes defended, averaging 2.33 per game.

The VooDoo host the red-hot Arizona Rattlers (7-3) this Saturday in The Graveyard. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m.
