
Kehlani to Headline 2023 MLS All-Star Concert

NEW YORK, N.Y. - Two-time GRAMMY® nominated R&B star Kehlani will headline the MLS All-Star Concert with special guest DJ Pee .Wee on Monday, July 17 in Washington, D.C. at The Anthem. Tickets will go on sale tomorrow, Tuesday, June 27 at 10 a.m. ET on Ticketmaster.com. Concert doors open at 6 p.m. ET. Tickets are $25 and will benefit DC Central Kitchen (DCCK), whose mission is to use food as a tool to strengthen bodies, empower minds, and build communities.
"As a longtime soccer fan, I'm thrilled to be performing at the MLS All-Star Concert in Washington, D.C. next month," said Kehlani. "There is such a beautiful intersection of sports and music. Excited to bring that passion together for this special concert."
Since her debut in 2014, Kehlani has picked up over twenty gold and platinum RIAA certifications, tallied 5 billion streams and garnered a pair of GRAMMY® Award nominations in the categories of "Best Urban Contemporary Album" for the gold-certified mixtape "You Should Be Here" and "Best R&B Performance" for the platinum single "Distraction."
Beyond blockbuster collaborations with Cardi B, Justin Bieber, Post Malone, Kiana Ledé, Teyana Taylor, and Kyle, she has appeared on soundtracks such as Suicide Squad: The Album, The Fate of the Furious: The Album, and more. Along the way, she also received the "Rule Breaker Award" from Billboard Women In Music.
DCCK is a D.C. based nonprofit combats hunger and poverty through job training and job creation, providing hands-on culinary job training for individuals facing high barriers to employment while creating living wage jobs and bringing nutritious, dignified food where it is most needed.
