Nashville Kats News Release

NASHVILLE (March 2, 2005) – The Nashville Kats will hold their first Faith and Family Night, featuring Christian recording artist Russ Lee, for their game versus the Colorado Crush on Saturday, March 12.

Lee will perform a concert outside on the Gaylord Entertainment Center plaza at the corner of 5th Avenue and Broadway from 5:45 p.m. until 6:45 p.m. In the event of rain, the concert will move indoors on the main concourse. Lee will also perform the National Anthem and a short performance at halftime of the match-up between the two Central Division foes.

Lee is featured on more than 10 #1 hit Christian singles over the years—including songs recorded during tenures with two of Christian music's best-loved groups, NewSong and Truth. Lee's latest Top 5 hits are "Live What I Believe" and "I Smile," from his 2000 solo debut, Words In Time (Sparrow).

The game starts at 7:30 p.m. The Kats have sold out both of their home games so far this season.

Special pricing is available for church groups. For more information, contact the Kats Ticket office by phone at 615-565-4700. Tickets are available at the GEC box office and all Ticketmaster outlets.
