Anecdote of the Week Kansas City Brigade OL/DL lineman Lucas Yarnell, who lives in Kansas City and coaches at Kansas 6A runner-up Olathe East, always gets tagged with not only being a professional athlete, but also a pseudo movie star. Yarnell appeared with Adam Sandler, Chris Rock, and others in the remake of âThe Longest Yard'. He got a lot of on-screen time, but when fans try to figure out which player he was, Lucas only has one way to describe who he was on film: the player who was kicked in the groin. Incidentally (and unfortunately), that scene was shot more than once. On the positive side, Lucas and his wife are expecting their first child this spring.
Quote of the Week "I didn't ask Santa for much, just a sold-out venue and an ArenaBowl XX ring." - Kansas City Brigade General Manager Reggie Harris
