Oshawa Generals News Release
It is a big day here in Generals land as it is confirmed that Josh Brown is returning to the Oshawa Generals. Brown is returning from playing with the San Antonio Rampage, AHL affiliate of the Florida Panthers. Prior to playing with the Rampage, Josh completed time at Training Camp with the Panthers. Brown was drafted to the Florida Panthers in the sixth round of the 2013 NHL Entry Draft.
Having 6'5" defender, Brown back in the Generals lineup will most certainly add to the strength and skill of an already impressive Generals roster. Brown will serve as captain upon his return with the Generals. Cole Cassels has been serving as captain in his absence. Welcome back Josh!
Don't miss Josh's return to Oshawa at our home games this weekend. The Generals take on the Plymouth Whalers on Friday, Oct. 10 at 7:35 p.m. Following Friday's game, the Generals are back in action on Thanksgiving Monday, Oct. 13 at 2:05 p.m. against the Ottawa 67's.
