Fargo-Moorhead Jets News Release

(Fargo, ND) - A crowd of 613 made the Coliseum their home on Friday night as the Jets welcomed the Alexandria Blizzard and came back to win, 4-2.

Things started off shaky as Noah Nemgar put the Blizzard up 1-0 just one minute into the game. On the first power-play opportunity for the Jets, it was Andy Dittus (Minot, ND) who found the back of the net to square things at 1-1. The period ended with the Jets trailing 2-1.

As the second begun the Jets were up a man and took advantage with a swift goal from Marc Harrie (Fargo, ND) just one minute in to tie the game at 2-2. Later in the period, it was Andrew Harrison (Temperance, MI) who notched the game winner with a dime from Andrew Muir (Hallock, MN).

When all was said and done the Jets moved to within two points of first place at 3-2 6 pts, after Springfield was tagged for their first loss of the season. Once again the power-play came to life (2-5) and the penalty kill was flawless. The Jets look to sweep Alexandria on Saturday night at 7:05pm.
