
Jeremy Kellem Honored by AFL for Role in Win Against Tampa Bay

CHICAGO (April 10, 2012) - The Arena Football League honored New Orleans VooDoo DB Jeremy Kellem by naming his 39-yard interception return for a touchdown this week's Spalding Highlight of the Week, announced the League front office on Tuesday evening.
Kellem (5'9, 195, Middle Tennessee State) helped theVooDoo to its first home win since 2008, with his 39-yard interception return for a touchdown. The pick, which came right before the half, gave the VooDoo momentum against Tampa Bay and helped lead them to a victory.
The North Lauderdale native finished the game with nine tackles, including one for a loss and two pass break ups.
The VooDoo travel to the San Antonio Talons this weekend for another NET 10 NFL Network Game of the Week, with kickoff set for 7 p.m.
