
SaberCats Game Vs. Philadelphia Soul Moved to Saturday, April 14

SAN JOSE, Calif. - The SaberCats (3-1) announced today that their game this week against the Philadelphia Soul (3-1) (originally scheduled for Sunday, April 15) has been moved to Saturday, April 14 at 3:05 p.m. PT at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pa. This matchup will be broadcast live locally on Comcast SportsNet Plus2 (channel 785 in high definition and 104 in standard definition for those with Comcast as their cable provider) and on the radio at KNBR 1050.
San Jose and Philadelphia have met five times all-time, including the SaberCats 68-61 win in April of 2011 in San Jose. The SaberCats have won three of the five meetings, though the Soul won ArenaBowl XXII over San Jose 59-56 in New Orleans back in 2008.
Both teams enter Saturday's game having posted their highest offensive outputs of the young 2012 season, as San Jose knocked off the San Antonio Talons 76-53, and the Soul rang up a league-high 92 points in their dismantling of the Georgia Force.
