LOVES PARK, Ill. - Jason James is on the Frontier League's end-of-season all-star team for the third time.
James was the only RiverHawk recognized after voting by league managers, coaches, general managers, broadcasters and media. James led the league with a .374 average, hit in a league-record 40 straight games in June and July and hit a career-best 14 home runs with 48 RBI.
The RiverHawks are members of the Northern League, an eight-team independent professional baseball league that will play its 18th season in 2010.
