Jam Schedules Free Agent Tryout Camp

Long Beach, CA. â The Long Beach Jam of the American Basketball Association has scheduled its 2003 free agent tryout camp for Sunday, September 14, 2003. Head Coach, Paul Westhead, and team President, Steve Chase, are eager to evaluate the available talent and find top quality players to fill their roster for the 2003-2004 season. The camp is open to all basketball players, ages 18 and older, who are looking to take their game to the next level.
The camp will be held at The Pyramid on the campus of Long Beach State University. Registration will begin at 8:00am and the camp will run from 9:00am to 12:00pm and 3:00pm to 5:00pm. Pre-registration is strongly suggested, but participants will be accepted at the door. Deadline for pre-registration is Wednesday, September 10th.
The pre-registration fee is $100.00, payable by check or money order to the Long Beach Jam and sent to 5500 E. Atherton, Suite 216, Long Beach, CA. 90815. A pre-registration form can be downloaded from the ABA website or you can call the Jam office at (562) 799-8100 to have a form sent to you. On-site registration is $150.00, payable by cash or money order.
