Jacks Defenseman Riley Rosenthal Makes NCAA D1 Commitment to Stonehill

The Odessa Jackalopes are proud to announce that defenseman Riley Rosenthal has committed to play collegiate hockey at Stonehill College (NCAA D1).
Rosenthal is a first year Jackalope with over 120 games of experience in the USHL. He has been a reliable defenseman in all game situations for Odessa. He has 3 goals, 5 assists, totaling 8 points this season, and has also spent time on the top power play unit, where he has 1 goal and 3 assists.
When asked about this upcoming opportunity for Riley, this is what Head Coach Scott Deur had to say. "We are excited for Riley and his family. He came in this season with his head down and a hard working mentality. We are glad to see it pay off for him and look forward to seeing what he's going to do at the collegiate level."
Rosenthal also mentioned how happy he is that his hard work throughout his junior career paid off and that he is extremely excited to receive this opportunity from Stonehill.
Stonehill College recently moved to NCAA D1, where they joined the Northeast Conference. The Northeast conference consists of 10 institutions over 7 different states.
