Isotopes Win Sunday to Complete Series Sweep

The Albuquerque Isotopes hit four home runs Sunday afternoon and beat the El Paso Chihuahuas 10-5 at Southwest University Park. El Paso designated hitter Dustin Harris went 2-for-5 with a double and has four consecutive multi-hit games.

Catcher Blake Hunt went 3-for-4 with a solo home run. The Chihuahuas started Anthony Vilar at second base for the second time this season and Mason McCoy in center field for the third time this year. Ethan Routzahn pitched the ninth inning for his 42nd appearance of the season, which is tied for the most in the Pacific Coast League.

San Diego Padres pitcher David Morgan threw a scoreless inning on MLB Injury Rehab. The Isotopes won all six games to secure the second series sweep in the PCL this year, after Las Vegas won six straight in Tacoma in late May.
