Iowa Stars Win, Advance to West Division Finals

DES MOINES, IA - Iowa Stars President John Pettit confirmed tonight the dates and times for the Iowa Stars Calder Cup Playoffs West Division Finals match-up against the Chicago Wolves.
The Stars defeated the Omaha Ak-Sar-Ben Knights 5-2 Saturday evening in the West Division Semifinals and will advance to the West Division Finals in just their second season. The Stars defeated the Knights four-games-to-two in the series.
The best-of-seven West Division Finals will see the first two games played in Chicago, before returning to Wells Fargo Arena for Games Three and Four. Because Chicago is over 300 miles away, the series is a 2-3-2 series. Games Five through Seven are all If Necessary. Please see the schedule below:

For Stars Season Ticket Holders, Game 'p/o4' is the first home game, Game 'p/o5' is the second home game and Game 'p/o6' is the third home game.
Box Office prices for the West Division Final games are $11, $16, $22, $26, which includes the League-mandated $1 playoff surcharge. Strips of Playoff Tickets and Discount Tickets for groups of 20 or more can be purchased by calling the Stars Front Office at 515-23-STARS or by logging on to IowaStarsHockey.com. Tickets can also be purchased online at DahlsTickets.com or at any of the Des Moines-area Dahl's locations.
