Tulsa Oilers News Release


There was no shortage of scoring in the Tulsa Oilers intrasquad game Tuesday night at the Oilers Ice Center as the Gray team topped the Blue team 9-4.

Rob Hisey and T. J. Caig set each other up for the first two goals by the Gray squad and each wound up with a goal and two assists. Jeff Marshall scored twice for the Gray team. Adam Bartholomay led the Blue squad with two goals.

Coach Bruce Ramsay will take most of the training camp squad to Odessa for preseason games on Thursday and Saturday against the Jackalopes. Those games start at 7 p.m. and can be heard via the internet at http://player.streamtheworld.com/liveplayer.php?callsign=KFZXFM.

The Oilers start the CHL regular season on Friday October 16th at Mississippi. The home opener for the Oilers in their 18th CHL season will be Saturday October 24th at 7:35 against the Wichita Thunder.
