
Inside the 18: Yostin Salinas to Make Club Debut in New York's Match against Miami FC

New York Red Bulls II News Release
New York Red Bulls II will host Miami FC on Friday, September 9, at MSU Soccer Park.
The two sides will meet for the sixth time in their history and the second this season. Miami took the first, 2-0, in the 2022 season opener at Riccardo Silva Stadium.
Yostin Salinas will make his Red Bulls II debut in the match. The defender is on loan from Sporting Football Club, a Costa Rican first division club. He will be joined by Matt Nocita, Daniel De Leon, and O'Vonte Mullings along the back line.
Jesús Castellano and Michael Knapp will comprise the defensive midfield.
The attacking options for New York will be Stiven Plaza, Jordan Adebayo-Smith, Jonathan Filipe, Erick Ruiz. After two appearances coming off the bench, Plaza will make his first start for New York.
Derrek Chan will start in net for the second time in the club's last three matches.
New York's bench will have Lamine Conte, Arian Recinos, John Murphy, Bento Estrela, and Nate Worth. Giannis Nikopolidis will serve as the backup goalkeeper.
Kickoff is set for 7:00 p.m. ET, with coverage on ESPN+.
