LOWELL, MASS. - The Lowell Spinners, Class-A affiliate of the Boston Red Sox, announced individual tickets to 2011 Spinners home games will become available online only (www.lowellspinners.com) beginning Tuesday, March 15. Box office and phone sales (978-459-1702) will begin Tuesday, March 22 at 10 a.m.
Starting Tuesday, March 22, tickets will be available for all games via the internet (www.lowellspinners.com), by phone (978-459-1702), or at the Spinners LeLacheur Park Ticket Office. Phone and Ticket Office hours are Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
There is no change in ticket prices for the 2011 season: Premium Box seats remain $10, Box seats remain $9 and Reserved seats remain $6.
"As the snow continues to melt and green begins to appear on the field, it reminds you that the season is inching closer by the day," said Spinners President and General Manager Tim Bawmann. "We are adding to our schedule with new promotions and entertainment daily and are thrilled to open the gates for the 2011 season with the same affordable family prices as 2010."
The Spinners kick off the 2011 season at LeLacheur Park Friday, June 17 when they start the season with a three game series against the Connecticut Tigers. In addition, the 2011 New York-Penn League All-Star Game, presented by Lowell General Hospital, will come to Lowell Tuesday, August 16, the first time the game has been hosted in Lowell.
