Milwaukee came closest to scoring the first goal of the game when in the 2nd minute, Beasley free kick came off the right hand post
The Mustangs first opportunity of the game came in the 17th minute off of a neat give and go between Conrad Smith and Mike Pavicic, but Pavicic's weak shot was easily saved by the Larkin.
13 minutes later the Mustangs had a chance to take the lead but Sergei Raad's header was well over the cross-bar.
On the 39 minute mark, Conrad Smith took a shot from 30 yards out, but the ball was well held by Larkin.
The Half â time whistle blew with honours even on the score board.
The first and only goal of the game came four minutes into the second half when Schmidt danced around the Mustangs defense and poked the ball by the out-stretched arms of Pfannenstiel and into the right side of the net.
On 74 minutes Milwaukee's Burk's shot just veered wide right of the Mustangs net and didn't trouble Pfannenstiel.
2 minutes later Nik Zuniga broke into Milwaukee's box down the left hand side but a well timed tackle kept the ball from going in on net
In the 81st minute Lutz made a great save of a shot from 15 yards out.
The âStangs Aaron Richer had a chance in the 84th minute but his bullet drive was turned away nicely by the keeper.
The last chance of the game fell to the Mustangs when C.J. Pesneker fed the ball to an on-rushing Jordan Gillespie, but his shot went wide right of the net.
Final Score 1-0 Milwaukee.
