EVANSVILLE, IN.--- With their second season as a bona fide AA/CHL franchise looming on the nearest horizon, the Evansville IceMen, in concert with flagship radio home WEOA-AM 1400 in Evansville, have announced on this date the return of the IceMen growingly popular Monday night radio show as the club gets ready for the 2011-12 Central Hockey League season.
"ICEMEN LIVE PRESENTED BY COORS LIGHT" will return for its second consecutive year and for a second successive season on the IceMen flagship home of WEOA-AM 1400, "THE PUMP." The very popular weekly IceMen radio show will mark its weekly return for the new CHL season, MONDAY NIGHT, SEPTEMBER 26TH from 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM. Once again, for a second consecutive year, the IceMen weekly radio program will be hosted by SHOW-ME'S EAST, located on Morgan Center Drive across from the Showplace Cinemas Theater. The program will be presented in front of a live studio audience with admission to the show always being free!
Under this programming arrangement, "ICEMEN LIVE PRESENTED BY COORS LIGHT" will be presented live on radio on WEOA-AM 1400 as well as on the world-wide internet at 1400amweoa.com for the full two hours of 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm.
The IceMen special guests for the lead-off show of the second season will be IceMen team favorites, 2010-11 season Team MVP BRIAN BICEK and veteran defenseman JORDAN LITTLE. Both Bicek and Little will appear live to talk about the new season and the IceMen chances in '11-12 in the CHL.
Everyone is invited to attend the live IceMen radio shows and be a part of the live studio audience. It represents a great opportunity for fans and friends alike to gather and enjoy the fun as well as get up close and personal with their favorite IceMen players and personalities. The fun-filled show also features plenty of contests and free giveaways. There are always a plethora of prizes and gaggle of gifts given away every Monday night.
TERRY FICORELLI, "THE VOICE OF THE ICEMEN," will, again, emcee the program, live from the SHOW-ME'S EAST stage as well as the Tri-State listenership on WEOA-AM 1400, "THE PUMP."
"ICEMEN LIVE PRESENTED BY COORS LIGHT" airs every Monday night during the IceMen playing season for two full hours from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm.
