IceGators Only Have Three Games Left in the Dome

LAFAYETTE, LA - The Louisiana IceGators are coming down the stretch run of the season and only have three home games left in the 2010-11 season. The 'Gators will take on the Pensacola Ice Flyers on Tuesday, March 1. The IceGators will then return to the ice in the Dome on Wednesday against the Mississippi Surge. Then Louisiana closes out the home season on Thursday night against the Columbus Cottonmouths. All of the games are at 7:05.

The IceGators' game against the Ice Flyers was originally scheduled for February 3. The game was postponed on that day because of the winter storm that engulfed a majority of the United States. Fans can use their tickets from the February 3rd night. Because it is a Terrific Tuesday night fans will get to enjoy $2.00 beers.

On Wednesday, the IceGators are going to start the Mardi Gras celebrations. Fans are encouraged to wear Mardi Gras costumes.

The 'Gators will then close out the home season on Thursday against the Columbus Cottonmouths. With this being the last home game it will be Fan Appreciation night. The IceGators will take to the ice wearing Mardi Gras Theme jerseys that will be auctioned at the end of the game at the Cajundome. The first 1000 fans at the Dome will receive a complimentary team photo courtesy of the Acadiana Gazette. In addition to being fan appreciation night, season ticket holders will have a chance to redeem unused season tickets.

Do not miss your chance to see the IceGators before the end of the season. The 'Gators only have three more games in the Dome before the end of the 2010-11 season. The 'Gators will go on the road to take on the Pensacola Ice Flyers on Saturday, February 26 at 7:05.
