IceCaps Home Opener Slated for Friday, October 16th

St. John's, NL (August 17, 2015) - The St. John's IceCaps announced today opening night is set for Friday, October 16th at Mile One Centre.
Opening weekend will mark the official home-ice debut of the IceCaps as the new AHL affiliate of the Montreal Canadiens.
The IceCaps home opener is among six dates confirmed by the team prior to the release of the complete 2015-16 American Hockey League schedule, which will be issued in the next week or two.
Other confirmed home dates include:
- Saturday, October 17th
- Friday, November 20th
- Saturday, November 21st
- Friday, January 15th
- Saturday, January 16th
IceCaps season tickets are on sale now. Tickets can be purchased in person at the Mile One Centre box office (noon-5 p.m.), by phone at 709-576-7657 (noon-5:30 p.m.), or online at www.mileonecentre.com.
