Cranbrook, B.C. - The Kootenay ICE continue a three-game homestand when it welcomes the Medicine Hat Tigers to Western Financial Place on Thanksgiving Monday.
Puck drop is scheduled for 4 p.m. MT.
Monday's game is being dubbed 'Kimberley Dynamiters Recognition Game', where last season's KIJHL Championship team will be recognized in a ceremony prior to the game.

The ICE are coming off of a 5-4 shootout victory over the Edmonton Oil Kings on Friday, October 5, 2018. Brendan Semchuk, Martin Bodak, Cam Hausinger and Jaeger White scored the goals for the ICE. Peyton Krebs potted the winning goal in the shootout. Goaltender Duncan McGovern stopped 24-of-28 shots and all three shootout attempts in the win. The ICE outshot the Oil Kings 33-28. The ICE went 1-for-4 on the power play, 2-for-3 on the penalty kill and won 31 of 63 faceoffs.
The ICE have amassed four points this season, which is good for fifth in the Central Division and ninth in the Eastern Conference.
The ICE have played the least amount of games when compared with the other five teams in the Central Division.

The Tigers conclude a three-game road trip against the Kootenay ICE on Monday, October 8, 2018. The Tigers head into the game on a two-game winning streak. The Tigers are coming off of a 2-0 victory over the Tri-City Americans on Saturday, October 6. Elijah Brown and Hayden Ostir scored the goals while goaltender Jordan Hollett stopped 32 shots for the shutout. The Tigers outshot the Americans 32-26. The Tigers went 0-for-2 on the power play, 2-for-2 on the penalty kill and won 29-of-65 faceoffs.
The Tigers collected seven points this season, which is good for third in the Central Division and sixth in the Eastern Conference.
