Pensacola, FL- The Pensacola Ice Flyers waived Kevin Kraus on today. The 21 year old from Southern California is headed back to Canada to pursue an excellent job opportunity.
Todd Gordon said, "Kraus is an exceptional player and had a chance of a lifetime in Canada and simply could not pass it up. we will have big shoes to fill." Coach Gordon will be seeking fortification for his defense as the Ice Flyers play 5 games in the next 10 nights.
To celebrate the joy of the season, the Ice Flyers will join partners, Michles and Booth, for caroling at Cordova Mall tomorrow afternoon from 1-4pm. It will be great afternoon filled with last minute shopping and some of your favorite, yet sure to be off pitch, holiday tunes.
