
ICE Acquire Nash from Lethbridge

The Winnipeg ICE have acquired forward Ty Nash from the Lethbridge Hurricanes in exchange for a third round pick in the 2023 WHL Prospects Draft.
Nash, 19, from Scottsdale, Arizona, registered 38 points (17 goals and 21 assists) along with 40 penalty minutes in 60 games last season with the Hurricanes. He was also named the co-recipient of the Herman Elfring Community Relations Award and the ENMAX Corporation Hardest Working Hurricane Award winner.
In 144 career WHL games, the 5'11", 178 pound forward has 66 points (27 goals and 39 assists) along with 82 penalty minutes.
Nash, who attended Edmonton Oilers Development Camp this summer, was selected in the ninth round, 183rd overall by Lethbridge in the 2018 WHL Prospects Draft.
Winnipeg opens a three game road trip tomorrow night in Prince Albert (7:30 on CFRW 1290 AM, WHL Live on CHL TV).

The ICE return home for the Home Opener against the Brandon Wheat Kings for the Battle of Manitoba presented by Taylor McCaffrey Lawyers, Saturday October 29th at 7PM at the ICE Cave inside Wayne Fleming Arena.
