HOUSTON (June 25, 2008) -The Houston Comets have re-signed forward Latasha Byears, it was announced today by Head Coach and General Manager Karleen Thompson.
Byears had signed a training camp contract with the team on March 11, 2008, but was waived from the roster on May 16, to take time to heal from a great toe fracture on her right foot suffered during a preseason game on May 13 against the Washington Mystics at Verizon Center.
