Hounds Salute Buckeyes This Weekend

YOUNGSTOWN, OHIO - Youngstown SteelHounds General Manager Joe Gregory announced today the Hounds will be wearing commemorative Ohio State jerseys when they host the Mississippi RiverKings on December 28th and 29th.

"When we originally planned this weekend we hoped the Buckeyes would be on their way to a National Championship"' said Gregory. "Ohio State has held up their end of the deal, now it's up to us to cheer them on."

The special Ohio State jerseys will be auctioned off following Saturday night's game. This will be the first of four special jerseys the SteelHounds will wear this season.

In addition to the Ohio State jerseys, Friday night fans will receive the first set of SteelHounds trading cards. The first 1500 fans will receive the first set of Hounds cards courtesy of Pegasus Printing Group.
